Video in slide stops playing half way through when course is played in an LMS.

I am using Storyline 360 and have created a simple course with a video embedded into one slide and then a simple assessment at the end.

The video plays perfectly well when I preview and allows the full 26 minute video to run through.

When publishing out the course, uploading it onto an LMS and then playing it - the video stops playing half way through and just freezes. It won't allow you to skip past or replay the video.

I have checked all the usual stuff like suspended data limit etc. and all seems fine.

I embed bigger videos into courses all the time and have never had this issue.

Can anyone help?

    Since you're only experiencing this behavior when viewing the content in your LMS, the first step is to try to rule out any LMS-specific issues. You can do this by testing your project with SCORM Cloud. 

    If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I advise you to reach out to your LMS for their recommendations and additional information.

    If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, or would like help testing it, my suggestion would be to open a support case here so we can investigate.
