Video is stuck in processing
Hello,
All of my videos keep getting stuck in processing. I have tried closing the browser, deleting and re-adding the video block, canceling and re upload.... clearing my cache and nothing helps.
The videos are only about 10 minutes or less long. Can someone help?

Carmen, look at the navigation triggers on each slide. You may have the slides going in a loop. For example, do you have a trigger on the last slide that sends it to the first slide?
Hi, it isn't a slide show video. Just a video.
Sorry, Carmen. I missed that you're referring to Rise, not Storyline. Hopefully someone will be able to chime in and give you some tips.

Hi Carmen! So sorry to hear that your videos keep getting stuck in processing. Please try accessing Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window to check if the behavior is the same. (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n)
