Video (mp4) Blank When Launching Published Course

Hi there! Can anyone share experience with why a video (mp4) imbedded into an Articulate Storyline course would just show a blank white screen when launched via the LMS?

    Usually, a blank screen displays for embedded website videos or web objects when they use http—and it's easy to fix! Just re-embed the website video or web object using https. More details in this article.

    Other potential causes may be linked to the browser, antivirus program, or internet speed.
