Video Quality Fuzzy (MP4 File)
Hello,
I'm experiencing issues with the quality of my video after publishing. The video looks great when previewed, but once published, it becomes incredibly fuzzy and hard to see. I have tried adjusting the quality settings in the properties section, setting the video quality to static with the highest possible settings, but this hasn't resolved the issue.
I am downloading the video as an LMS file in SCORM 1.2 format, and I am using the UKG Pro Learning platform. (sample photos provided)
Could you please assist me with this problem?

use video "Compression None"
=> the video will copied direct to the publish folder - not resized and not recompressed
important: you have to compress the video to the final format and data rate before importing to storyline
