Vimeo URL not embedding
I have used the multimedia embed block hundreds of times with no problem.
However, over the past 24 hours, the embed block has stopped accepting Vimeo URLs. I have tried pasting both the URL and the custom iframe code (taken directly from the Articulate performance support threads.)
Is there a documented issue?
Note: I am able to use the iframe code to embed other websites, just not my URL: https://vimeo.com/321840221

Hi Michael,
Yes, it's a known issue. The embed block is currently broken. Existing blocks still work, but new ones don't.
See the last post here from Alyssa: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/cannot-change-embed-link
Hi Michael! The issue with embed blocks is now resolved. I'm sorry for the trouble. Let me know if I can help further!

Great job. I needed to release the course last night and the fix was already in place.
Much appreciated.

I'm experiencing this issue on about half our videos today. Is anyone experiencing this issue again or is it just me?

Hi Eric! Are you still experiencing this issue? I just tried it out and it is working for me.

Hi Hazel! Thank you for following up. I was able to resolve the issue. Vimeo added new security features that rendered all embeds before 9/14/2021 void as of 1/25. Fortunately, they had a global fix where I could "opt out" and turn off the new security features. Took a few days to figure out though! Phew.

I try to embed video link from Microsoft STREAM that we have in our organization but it's not working, someone was try do to?

Hi Lior! You'll need to make sure that the link to your Microsoft Stream video use
https
to work properly. You can read more about that in this article. Also, are you using the iframe code from Microsoft Stream instead of the video share link? This might also help.
