Thanks Tracy. Your work looks effortless.
I tried doing this but my shapes are not visible. The video plays on the home page BUT how do I bring rectangle to appear.

Malvika

Hi Malvika,Check out Jodi Sansone's work, she has done many fantastic presentations using vyond. https://community.articulate.com/users/JodiSansone
The elearning challenges also feature a lot of amazing ones too.

Hi Malvika,
I've attached a slide from your presentation, with some modifications.
Pay attention to the timeline order. You have placed the video on top of the rectangle shapes, which covers them up. Moving the video below the shapes on the timeline allows the shapes to be seen over the video.
There is no way for the learner to get back to the base layer to see the rest of the video, and click on the next rectangle. You need Exit or Close icons with triggers on each layer to allow the learner to return to the base layer:
Tip for the future:
Your Storyline Project is set to 4:3 aspect ratio, but the Vyond videos are presented in 16:9 aspect ratio. This is why the videos and gifs look distorted in your Storyline project.
