Certain websites have extra security measures that prevent them from being displayed in an iFrame. Have you tried setting the web object to Display in new browser? Select Options under Web Object Tools on the top ribbon > Check the box for Display in new browser.

Hi Kelly... in new browser window it works, but I don't get the intended effect... I need something in the same slide as the questions I'll be asking the agent.
