What Articulate Tools Do I need to Make this Happen?

Hi. I have never heard of these products up till a few days ago. So, a newbie here, at best. What tools do I need to do the same training simulations I did in Flash a good 15 years ago? I used Camtasia at the time, which is now de-supported. I have to use something else. Articulate, may be?

Here is how the old tutorials worked. It was a simulated screen of an IT product installation. Lots of clicking on the GUI screen buttons, more text typing in a UNIX terminal, very cryptic. If the trainee didnt type the correct answer , the screen wouldnt progress and show an error something like "Incorrect, Try Again". At the end there was a score. The screen should be showing up in a web browser (Flash used to be able to do this, not sure how HTML5 works now), it should look like a simulated screen by having an image background I would choose for this particular slide/step. A blinking cursor would be a bonus. For all intents and purposes, I want it to be an interaction, a simulation before an actual execution on real database servers.

Is this even possible in any Articulate product? Which? How? How do I assign the logic conditions? Do I shoot a video capture of my actual installation or image screenshots will do? How do I count the score?

Thanks a lot for upcoming answers, cant wait.
