What happens to an Articulate Rise project, that you developed, if you stop subscribing?
A client inquired about what happens to a Rise project if they stop subscribing, being that it is a SaaS product. Would their created courses get deleted or stay archived until they resubscribed? With Storyline you could retain a project file locally, but can you also download the project files for Rise? Thanks!
Hi Tom,
There are no source files that can be downloaded for a Rise course.
Rise courses will be retained for up to 6 months after a subscription lapses.
