When I scroll backwards, some content is gone.
Hi all,
I met a problem recently. When I preview a finished microlearning on Review 360, if I scroll up - or click the previous page using the navigation bar, some content is gone.
This happens with the similar content on all my microlearnings:
We have a standard page with one text block connected to a Statement block.
When I navigate in normal order (page 1, 2, 3...), things appear as they are designed to. But when I go backwards to the page with above content, the Statement block is gone. And it won't come back later on.
Has anyone this problem before? May I ask for your kind help on this? Thank you!

Hi ChenxueMa,
Thanks for reaching out and detailing what you're experiencing!
I created a sample microlearning with a text block connected to a statement block. I'm unable to replicate the behavior you describe. I'm testing this in Chrome Version 131.0.6778.205.
- Can you please check that your browser is up to date, or try a different browser?
- Have you tried publishing the microlearning again to see if that makes a difference?
- If you publish for web distribution, does the issue still appear?
If you're willing to share a copy of your file with our team, we'd be happy to take a closer look! We'll delete everything from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Hi Kelly, Thank you for your reply.
Please check this peek 360 video for the issue I found. I appreciate your kind help and advice on how to solve this problem. Thank you very much!
Hi ChenxueMa,
Thanks for the video. It helped us better understand the issue you're currently facing. I tried to replicate the setup on my end, but I could not get the text or statement block to disappear in my test course. Here's a link so you can test it out yourself. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:- Can you consistently replicate the behavior in new Microlearning courses? If yes, would you mind sharing a quick recording of how you create the blocks and their content? There might be something in how the blocks are created and connected that might help explain the behavior.
- Have you tried recreating the affected blocks to see if this fixes the issue?
If you can consistently replicate the behavior, please share the recording or open a case with our support team to connect with a support engineer so we can request a copy of your course for testing. Looking forward to hearing from you!
