When I scroll backwards, some content is gone.

Hi all,

I met a problem recently. When I preview a finished microlearning on Review 360, if I scroll up - or click the previous page using the navigation bar, some content is gone.

This happens with the similar content on all my microlearnings:

We have a standard page with one text block connected to a Statement block.

When I navigate in normal order (page 1, 2, 3...), things appear as they are designed to. But when I go backwards to the page with above content, the Statement block is gone. And it won't come back later on.

Has anyone this problem before? May I ask for your kind help on this? Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out and detailing what you're experiencing!

    I created a sample microlearning with a text block connected to a statement block. I'm unable to replicate the behavior you describe. I'm testing this in Chrome Version 131.0.6778.205. 

    • Can you please check that your browser is up to date, or try a different browser?
    • Have you tried publishing the microlearning again to see if that makes a difference?
    • If you publish for web distribution, does the issue still appear?
