When the Account Owner of your account is... your reseller (!)
Hi everyone,
Do you know that when you buy your subscribtion for Articulate form the reseller, the reseller is the Account Owner?
I've just learnt about that and I'm shocked.
I learnt from our reseller that they don't have access to our content, but they are present in our team list as Account Owner.
What do you think about that?
I think it should be changed ASAP.

We don't use a reseller per se, but I suspect that what you're describing is a result of your company's contract with the reseller, not an Articulate policy.
