XLF Version 2.1.

I have subscribed to the Advance version of DeepL as a translating tool. DeepL requires an XLF 2.1. version for translation but Rise 360 only export in version 1.2.

Has anyone been able to solve the problem when exporting for translation?

Can Articulate update Rise export XLF files for translation to a 2.1. version?

Thanks

  • I totally agree that an update is mandatory! We need to translate our courses into 8 languages at minimum and right now, we have no solution for it (neither with Across nor with DeepL). As we don't want to invest in third party tools as wee need to user our existing company dictionary, we are actually rethinking our decision for Articulate. We are quite disappointed as other solutions offer much more support.

  • This is quite hard to believe!

Hoping we get this sorted out ASAP. Keep in mind the world has changed and a lot of businesses are doing translation now.

    Cheers guys

  • I agree that an update is mandatory. It is ok to implement new features, but it is unacceptable that core features are not updated with the market standards
