Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. We're not seeing this happen to our other users which means there's a chance that the behavior is isolated to your LMS. The first thing I'd recommend doing is to try and upload your published zip file to another LMS. This article explains how you can test your course in SCORM Cloud:
If you are able to upload the same zip files to SCORM Cloud, please reach out to your LMS support team to report the behavior.
If the same set of zip files fail to upload in SCORM Cloud, follow the instructions below to do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation, and let me know if this fixes the behavior for you.
