Zoom close captioning in rise
Hi,
We have been provided with zoom recordings with closed captioning to embed into a rise course. However, we are having problems getting the closed captioning to show. Is this actually possible or are we trying the impossible?
We need to use the zoom captioning rather than the Rise as this has been edited to correct any errors. We have managed to get the rise version to work but the errors and the delay mean it is not suitable.
