360 review comments not visible for certain users
Hi,
So here's the thing, one of my colleagues is having trouble seeing all the comments who has been made (FYI; she doesn't have an account). The strange thing is that the comments weren't visible yesterday (in Safari and Chrome). Today the comments are visible in Safari and Chrome but not in Chrome Incognito, a moment later the comments suddenly disappear.
She has to use my account now to see all the comments that has been placed.
Is this some kind of bug or can we fix this ourselves?

I went ahead and opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate what's going on.
We also opened a case for you on 3/18 about a similar issue you were having with comments in Review 360. Our team sent you an e-mail, but we haven't heard from you: were you able to resolve that issue? If you haven't received our e-mail, please let me know so we can make sure we have the correct contact information.

Thanks for contacting me. We still having problems with comments
disappearing but it seems it happing less more times then before. I think
deleting browser cache or using a other browser helps but doesn't resolve
the problem entirely. I didn't recieved any e-mails from any of you only
e-mails about updates of the discussion i started.

We just released the fix for the issue reported where Comments are not being saved in Review 360.
Since Review 360 is a web app, there's nothing to install! New features and fixes are available immediately.

Hopefully this problems are also fixed with the latest update.
