Reviewers receiving emails with Review 360

Hi,

Is the only way I can prevent a reviewer from receiving emails each time they post a comment in Review 360 is by them creating an Articulate ID and selecting the "mute" option? 

What if I create an ID for them with their email and a generic password for all and mute notifications. Will they have to use it next time when they review or can they still review without it. 

We prefer not to have senior management have to sign in, if possible, but if we have to, could we create it for them and send it when we ask them to review?

I hope this makes sense.
