Since Rise is designed to be fully responsive and we'll reflow the content based on the device and orientation, there isn't a setting to restrict the orientation in which a Rise course can be viewed.
I'd like to suggest adding text at the beginning of the course to instruct learners to turn their devices to landscape mode for the best viewing experience.
