Firefox & RISE 360 | Microlearning content not viewable in browser

Hi,

Used RISE microlearning template to create a page and published as web content.
The index file is not viewable in Firefox browser and works fine in other browsers.
Suggestions please.

    is your Firefox browser updated to the latest version?

    Hi Karl,

    Yes, the version is up to date and its 114.0

      Hi Ganesh,

      Are you trying to pull up the index file from your local directory in Firefox?  If so, can you try uploading your web content on a web server and try pulling it up in Firefox that way?
