We are importing our translated XLIFFs to RISE (using the duplicate courses per the instructions). The import works, but adds a lot of extra line breaks in random places. Most of the time, these extra line breaks seem to occur where there is already a single <br /> line break tag. But it's acting as if there are 2 <br /> tags. With the extra line break in RISE, there is a blank line in the middle of a sentence or paragraph.
We have inspected the translated XLIFF and don't see any issues -- no extra <br /> tags or hard-coded line breaks, and don't know why this is happening.

These extra line breaks systematically occur in labeled graphic markers with more than one paragraph of text: there's an extra line break between the two paragraphs. We'd love to find a solution so this doesn't keep happening.
