I'm brand new to Articulate, and need some help building a Rise 360 project. I'd like a definition to appear when the learner hovers over a word in the text. I think this is called a mouseover(??) but I've not had any joy finding answers when searching in the e-learning heroes pages.
Right now, there isn’t a way to do that in Rise 360, but we do have a feature request logged for that capability so I'll add your voice to that discussion and share any updates with you here.
In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
Hi Sara! Thanks for letting us know you need this feature! Rise 360 doesn't have a mouse-over or hover feature for text yet, but we'll let you know if we add this in the future.
Hey, I am developing a course that uses a lot of acronyms and I think that the mouse over feature would be great. I see that you have been thinking about this for a couple of years now and was wondering if you had made any headway with it?
Alyssa, I think it is fair to say that every RISE user would love, love this feature. I get requests from clients regularly for just such a feature in their courses...

hej Allison, have you developed this now? I'm also in need of this feature now :)

Hi Alyssa
Just checking in, if this feature is available as yet?
Hi Mirinda!
No new updates on this yet! If we do make any changes that help, we'll let you know!
Hey all! I would appreciate seeing this feature also. Any news? Thank you!
Hi Julie! We don't have any updates to share yet, but as soon as we do, we will post the update here. Thank you.

Hey Ya all, is there any Change about creating a mousover /hover feature? It can be great feature, especially for linked words.
Any update on this feature? It would add great value to our course.
Hi everyone,
While I don't have an update to share right now, I appreciate you letting us know this feature would be helpful for you!

Adding my voice to the chorus - a mouseover would be game-changing as we bring folks into the lingo and acronyms we use at our org!
Please add this! Where is this prioritized on the roadmap?
Please add!
I can only agree with this. Adding this feature would be a huge asset!
Ditto!
Please add.
I managed to figure this out, using Articulate 360 (this one I embedded in Rise). Take a look:

@Saadiq, this is a very good idea but for non-responsive projects.
Please add.
Hi Saadiq,
This sounds good! But it seems you've designed it using Storyline and embedded it into Rise.
Hi Alyssa
This thread has been going for some years now and I just wanted to know if this feature of mouse hover is now available in Rise 360.
This is a great feature to give learners high levels of interactivity.
Thanks for a great product.
Harry
Ditto! Wanted to know if this feature exists now. Thank you.
Can't say anything more than Ditto.
