I added a pdf to my course and published as a Scorm 1.2 file. When I try to upload to my LMS I get this error message:
ERRO: The following files specified in the SCO manifest are missing from the package SCO. scormcontent/assets/CuFZLQkAA2vFO3_U5TUnPtn1LVK6Ed-Board%20Regulatory%20Update.pdf

Is this the name of the PDF that you just added?
Board Regulatory Update.pdf
Yes that is the name of the attachment

You can check if the PDF file is in the SCORM package.
Open your SCORM Zip file.
Open the folder scormcontent
Open the folder assets
See if you can find the file Board Regulatory Update.pdf
Note that it will have random characters at the start of the file name:
CuFZLQkAA2vFO3_U5TUnPtn1LVK6Ed-Board%20Regulatory%20Update.pdf
Is the PDF file there?
So I think the problem I was running into was the name was too long. When I shorten the file name it worked. Thank you
