'something went wrong' publishing to review

I'm getting the 'Something went wrong' screen about 90% of the time I republish new versions any of my courses to Review 360.

https://www.articulatestatus.com doesn't report any problems.

I've tried Safari on Mac, Edge on Windows, Firefox on a different Mac, restarting my router... Is this happening for anybody else?

Hi Tim!

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when publishing from Rise to Review 360!

Do the courses that fail to publish contain a large amount of PDF attachments? Another community member shared workaround steps you may find useful. Also, it would be helpful to see a copy of the course that's giving you trouble. Would you be comfortable sharing that here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
