Wrong file XLF

Hello good day, I have a problem when trying to translate courses, since I export in XLF that Rice 360 provides me, and I try to translate it with amazon translate, however, the json that the service throws tells me that the XLF format is invalid, that the type of tags <g></g> are not acceptable, so I tried with the tags that it suggests and still the error persists.
