Block Navigation pane for Rise 360 Editor

Sometimes I need to move more than one block at a time, or I need to move them from the bottom to the top of a long section.

I would love if there was a navigation pane in the editor with all the blocks listed. Something like an outline with each block type and a small image of the block. I am thinking like Keynote or Google Slides. 

I could select multiple blocks and move them quickly in the view. It would also be great if I could copy & paste or duplicate blocks in the pane as well! Rather than using block templates as a kludge for copy & paste.
