Focus Order refinement

We typically have 2-3 paragraphs of text down the left side of a slide with a photo or two on the right side (or vice versa).  I know SL creates it's Focus order top down, left to right.  It would be great if those paragraphs were kept together, one after the other, in Focus order.  It seems logical that the text boxes would be read one after the other vs interrupting that flow with alt text for a photo.  If some does want that to happen they can adjust order but I'm guessing the majority of the time keeping Focus order of the text is more important.
