Improve Background Audio functionality

Hi, I love being able to add background audio to my Storyline courses, and the trigger controls are great, but it still feels very limited.

The option to create multiple background audio playlists that we can control with triggers would be a gamechanger (or the option to trigger a specific track from a playlist be on a per scene/slide basis) would really go a long way.

e.g Giving users a choice at the start of a course to have [No Music] [Chilled Out][Upbeat][Etc.] would be cool, or having more control over the track playing for a specific section of the course to help emphasise the content would help make the courses more engaging and immersive.

I've looked all over for a way to make this happen but I don't believe it is currently possible with the built in tools.
