Reach360 Automatic Reporting & Email Notification
Good Morning! We would like to request the following development settings. 1. Automatic reporting. I.E. System sends out an email at designated times with Courses Report (export) vs. manual search. 2. Notification when a user completes a course. 3. The ability to pull copies of course certificates for learners. 4. Daily or weekly (option) email outlining learners who are still pending.
