Peek 360
83 TopicsArticulate 360 Peek Window issues
I apologize is this is covered elsewhere, but I didn't see it if it is. I have dual monitors because I find it easier to develop that way (pull up material in Word on one screen, copy into Storyline on the other). The Peek screen recorder seems to be a bit confused by that. When I try to record something, the "window" that shows up is about four inches from the screen I choose. For example, if I choose "full screen" of the monitor on my left, it puts the red box mostly in the middle of the two monitors instead of fully over the left side. I am posting a screen shot of where the window goes on this page for an example (attached). The weird thing is that it will record the screen as if it is in the proper place (though does record the line of record box itself). If I move it with the move crosshairs to cover the window fully over the where I want it, it does not record correctly (it acts offcenter). I've tried playing with various things in Properties to see if it is a "compatability" thing, but haven't found an answer yet. Anyone have any ideas?799Views0likes86CommentsPeek is not opening
Hi! When I click on OPEN for the Peek app in the Articulate 360 menu - nothing happens. I also tried to open Peek directly from my computer but nothing happens when I click on the Peek app. I uninstalled Peek and reinstalled it and it's still not opening. I'm using a PC and Windows 11. Please help! Thanks, Darlene Dalgleish400Views0likes5CommentsPeek360 Fails to Open
Recently, my two end-users are logging in to their computers, launching Articulate, then attempting to launch Peek. Peek will launch and show as a "camera" icon in the system tray... When you hover over the Peek icon, it unceremoniously disappears. I have tried the uninstall/re-install Peek. I have checked the .Net 4.8 I have full uninstall reinstall of Articulate (freshly downloaded today). None of these worked. I'm at stand still. Thoughts. Hi all, When I record my full screen, the audio is super choppy, cutting in and out. The quality is very poor. Also, the screen "jumps" when I preview the recording after I'm done. Is it just my computer and microphone, or is this a common occurrence? Also, how do I fix it? Thanks! -Silv222Views0likes39Comments
