Review 360
1236 TopicsIntroducing Annotated Screenshots in Review360
We've added Annotated Screenshots to Review 360, which improves how reviewers provide feedback to course authors. This feature enables reviewers to add annotations directly onto screenshots of course content. Reviewers can capture images while giving feedback and use various tools to mark them up—including text, boxes, arrows, lines, and freehand drawing. Each annotated image connects to its related comment, making it easier for authors to understand exactly what needs changing. How to use this feature. This is currently a beta feature while we collect feedback and monitor usage.834Views18likes11CommentsNew Custom Rise Blocks not Appearing in Review
I just created and used my first custom Rise blocks--excited about this feature so I don't have to jump into Storyline to create simple interactions. One issue is that the custom interactions aren't showing in the review link I've created. I can seem them in preview mode in the course but not in review. There's no placeholder etc. It just looks as if it doesn't exist. Is this a known bug?343Views8likes15CommentsPublishing from Storyline and Rise not working
Anyone else out there having an issue publishing to SL and/or Rise today (8/22)? I published from Rise earlier today without issue but when I went to republish it just keeps saying "Connecting to Review 360". With SL, it looks like it wants to publish and then an error message displays with "Something went wrong".129Views6likes6CommentsStoryline not publishing to Review
Hello all, My team and I have been trying to publish some storyline files to review today, but we keep getting an error. I didn't see anything on the Articulate Status page, so I thought I would check in here to see if anyone else is having this issue today? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!Solved605Views6likes20CommentsReview 360 comments not attaching to correct slides
Hi, Are there steps I can take to resolve comments not attaching to correct slides in Review360? This happens intermittently with several users. I have several SMEs reviewing Storyline360 courses on the Review360 site. They are working remotely (on the corporate network, using corporate laptops) and onsite. Any help would be appreciated. Unfortunately, I can't share the Review link as this content is secured under a regulatory act. Cheers, Sandy204Views4likes7CommentsPublish Review links in Team folder by default - Feature Request
My company has a Team subscription, when publishing to Review (from Rise/Storyline) we would like to set the default location for the Review link to be in the shared Team folder instead of the Private area for the person publishing. At the moment we have to manually move links into the Team folder after we have published. Does anyone know of a way to do this or is it a feature that could be added?82Views3likes2CommentsReview 360 - Leaving Comments
This topic has likely been covered somewhere in this discussion board, but I couldn't find any related posts. When a reviewer leaves a comment or required edit, I'm not a fan of the Comment section to the right. For sections with longer content, the reviewer has to take time to explain where the required edit is actually located, because if they don't, the content creator will have to search through the content to look for the item being referenced. To me, it would be much more ideal if the reviewer could interact directly with the content being displayed, and leave their comment/required edit at the point being referenced. In essence I'm referring to a function similar to the Comment function in Microsoft Word, where we can see exactly what is being referenced. Likewise, a Track Changes function would also be ideal. The reviewer could make an edit to the content, and the content creator could then Accept or Reject the proposed change. My reviewers have complained about the above issues on numerous occasions. I believe that having more direct access to the content would greatly improve the reviewer experience. It would also eliminate the need to provide the reviewer with a PDF version of the course to make edits, which I have resorted to in the past. Love this community! Love Articulate products!93Views2likes4Comments
