Greetings, For a single Storyline project, I use Review 360 for the following groups... a link for our dev team a link for a group of clients a link for a different group of client I essentially have 3 Review links for the same SL file, all accessible with the comment pane. Can we transfer comments from the client group #2's link to our dev team's link, as they are for the same project? While I can access them with the comment pane in Storyline, our main issue is that we need to filter each comment and avoid responding to those, since the clients will be notified. Is there a way for me to "export comments from one link" and "import those comments in another link", hoping that each comment will be placed according to their respective slides? Thanks in advance :) P.S. I say Storyline, but I'm sure Rise could benefit from this.Access Denied error in Rise code blocks (Review 360)
Rise code blocks are throwing an Access Denied error in Review 360 on one of my courses. Here's what I've found through troubleshooting: It only happens in Review 360. Totally fine in web and SCORM output. It's only happening in an existing course when we've pulled in a working code block template in from our block library. When I build a new course from scratch, the code block breaks when I try to copy in a lesson from the problem course (even if that lesson does not contain any code blocks). The issue persists even when I scrub any external HTTP links from the code, so I think it's an issue with Review 360 not a true permissions issue. One solution I'm considering would be to rebuild that course from scratch, pulling in block templates back one at a time, but that would be pretty tedious. Anyone else running into this issue?Solved192Views0likes6CommentsNew Custom Rise Blocks not Appearing in Review
I just created and used my first custom Rise blocks--excited about this feature so I don't have to jump into Storyline to create simple interactions. One issue is that the custom interactions aren't showing in the review link I've created. I can seem them in preview mode in the course but not in review. There's no placeholder etc. It just looks as if it doesn't exist. Is this a known bug?540Views8likes18CommentsArticulate Storyline, Review 360 Access on an I pad
I'd like to understand why it is I cannot access https://360.articulate.com/review from the Ipad. I can access review 360 content from everything even my iPhones even my old Iphone11, but not this Ipad Tenth Gen. Why? The answer is the Ipad needed the latest IOS update 18.7.3. Now another query related to Ipads, is there any way I situate a storyline project file locally and run the story.html file on an Ipad? And if not, why??Proxima Nova font issue
Hi all, I have a client whose branding font is Proxima Nova, and I need to develop a course in Storyline using this font. Has anyone found a reliable way to make Proxima Nova work correctly? In review 360 and LMS. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!70Views0likes5CommentsReview link not working
I have a few review links that are no longer working. I receive an error message saying the file isn't here anymore. It has not been deleted. Can you help me with this. Hi, Has anyone else experienced issues where a colleague is accessing a course via Review 360 (added via email and shared link as they are not license holders), and the comments they are trying to leave as feedback are not posting? This is the information they sent me: I have logged in on my side, and there's no feedback recorded, no emails have triggered to me either. I can't work out if this is an issue with my IT systems or if it is an Articulate glitch. Any help would be appreciated!61Views0likes4CommentsArticulate 360 User Guides are Moving!
Hey, everyone! As we get ready to say goodbye to 2025 and hello to 2026, we're setting you up for even greater success in the new year. In the next few weeks, we’re moving the user guides you know and love in ELH over to our other documentation database in Product Support! That means you’ll soon have a “one-stop shop" for all of your Articulate 360 documentation needs. This change will also improve the accuracy and responsiveness of Artie, our AI support agent. (Did you know you can ask Artie to find documentation for you instead of searching?) Unifying our databases enables us to analyze usage more deeply so we can better tailor our documentation to meet your needs. Plus, it gives us more options for translating user guides into other languages to serve our global community. Once everything has been transferred, the directories for the individual user guides you depend on (and may have bookmarked), like those for Storyline 360 and Rise 360, will remain available in ELH for your convenience. When you follow the links to the individual articles, they’ll take you to the Product Support knowledge base. We'll have landing pages for each Articulate 360 product there as well. We have a few more things to put in place before flipping the switch, but the transition should be seamless for you when it happens in the next few weeks. Let us know if you have any concerns or questions in the meantime.Solved153Views5likes3CommentsQuiz review locks
Who else has experienced this? It's something new to me, and I have been using SL for 15 years. I uploaded an eLearning course to Articulate 360. At the end, there is a 10 question quiz. After passing the quiz with 80% correct or better, the user is offered the usual button to review the quiz and get the correct response to any question they answered wrong. After pressing the review button, sometimes one of the questions will display like the image below (I've removed the content). What's important to notice is the slide has locked up, the focus on the center question pane, and the previous and next buttons are dark. In this state, tab will select only browser controls, but selects nothing in the course player, including next and previous buttons, and escape does nothing. The entire activity is completely locked up, and the only thing available to do is close the browser without finishing, which is not what I want to force the user to do. What makes it more perplexing is this doesn't happen every time I use the quiz review function, and the slide that locks seems to be random. Sometimes it's the first, sometimes the second, third, sixth, seventh. I've tried to discover the cause or a pattern by trying different things, but still no clue what is happening. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!44Views0likes2Comments
