Screenshot not right
hi!
i'm struggling with the screenshot taken by Rise Review 360 when stakeholders add comments. The image does not correspond to the exact place where the comment was made so it's very difficult to understand and take action.
Any tips to make this easier for me to track the comments ?
Thanks so much in advance.
Emilie from Montréal.

Hello Emilie,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We are currently tracking a known issue in Review 360 where screenshots in the feedback tab are showing the wrong lesson block. I've added this post to the bug report, and we'll be sure to update you as soon as it gets fixed.

Has this been fixed? I was having the same issue a few weeks ago.

Hi FredGood!
Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!
I can confirm the behavior you shared is related to a separate bug from the one being discussed previously. This Storyline 360 bug causes the Screenshot Annotation zoom to vary, depending on browser size and Slide size. I've included your voice in the bug report being tracked so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.
In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest:
- Using a smaller Slide size if possible.
- Resize the browser and/or comment panel in Review 360 before clicking the Annotation Pen to mark up a screenshot. Here's a quick Peek to help illustrate!
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
