Screenshot not right

hi!

i'm struggling with the screenshot taken by Rise Review 360 when stakeholders add comments. The image does not correspond to the exact place where the comment was made so it's very difficult to understand and take action.

Any tips to make this easier for me to track the comments ?

Thanks so much in advance.

Emilie from Montréal.

Has this been fixed? I was having the same issue a few weeks ago.

When I send my share request to others, the screen is cut off in the editing window. I cannot resize the window to fit, nor can I resize the content to fit. This is a big problem with the new markup tools that I was really looking forward to.

      Hi FredGood!

Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!

I can confirm the behavior you shared is related to a separate bug from the one being discussed previously. This Storyline 360 bug causes the Screenshot Annotation zoom to vary, depending on browser size and Slide size. I've included your voice in the bug report being tracked so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.

In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest:

      • Using a smaller Slide size if possible.
      • Resize the browser and/or comment panel in Review 360 before clicking the Annotation Pen to mark up a screenshot. Here's a quick Peek to help illustrate!

Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!

Can I just say, Articulate, your customer service is astounding! I got a personalized video from a LIVE HUMAN BEING?!?! Who does that??? Apparently, Articulate does. Color me happily astonished! This will be an acceptable workaround for now, thank you Steven!👍
