Screenshot Quality Issue in Storyline 360 (v.3.89.32618.9)

I am experiencing an issue with the quality of screenshots when uploading them to Storyline 360 (version 3.89.32618.9). The quality seems to decrease significantly upon upload (example attached). I have noticed similar issues have been reported before, but I haven’t found a solid solution yet.

Could someone please assist in resolving this? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
