Handling instructor notes in a Rise package
Hello, we are using Rise to deliver content in our virtual instructor-led (ILT) classrooms. The instructor shares the Rise package through a WebEx collaboration meeting (similar to a PowerPoint deck), but the students can also access the shared version on their local machines. I'm curious to know if anyone else out there uses Rise for this type of ILT sessions, and if so, how does the instructor handle "instructor notes?" For example, the instructors have answers to the activities and personal notes that they want to cover, but obviously they don't want to reveal those items to the students. Just curious to know if anyone has a workaround or recommendation?Can not upload to replace a video
I've been trying to change/edit an existing video. The upload process goes through to about 100% and then stops. Refreshing or changing the video type makes no difference. I've tried the suggestions such as short filenames, no usual characters, no spaces in file name et cetera any thoughts on a way forward would be appreciatesCustom Colours in Rise
Hi All, Just wondering apart from adding just the one colour in the course theme settings, can you change any of those Accent colours? As I go through a bild I have to keep on individualy imputing specific colours from backgrounds and fonts as I go. Its tedious. It would be nice that at least if you can only add on colour to the theme, that colours you commonly input wouldappear as a sort of last used, in the same way Storyline would. It does not help at all, that even that one colour you are able to add, is not readily available for selection from the swatches that appear when you want to colour text. When branding something to specific colours, you needa few colour options. Haveing the abilityto adjust the accent pallet would be a great help. I've used the timeline to display images and audio in the past, but never had this happen. It is displaying the image and audio at the top and bottom of each. I have attached how it looks. The middle part is where my timeline text would be. Does anybody know how to turn this off or change it? I've looked everywhere. Hi there, I am learning it is challenging to test using NVDA when you don't have the special keyboard or you are really unfamiliar with its use. For the most part I seem to be able to bounce around, and noticed when my mouse hovers over a section it starts talking (i don't recall this before), What I am struggling with is the initial start. I launch the course listen to the intro, press start, tab down to my first topic lesson objectives, I thought I would right arrow over to the content and then work through, but I can't seem to get over there, if I hover my mouse over there then select the down arrow it seems to move me through. Any tips. Also moving from a storyline block to a timeline block and getting the timeline block to start with the text and not the zoom in on image... Tips would be great, I have googled lots but nothing that has helped me. I'm using a knowledge check at the end of a Rise 30 module to get learners to confirm their understanding of content. So the question doesn't really have a 'correct' or 'incorrect' answer - just needs people to click and respond to two statements to finish the module. Is there any way I can hide the "Correct" label/message that appear when they record answers (highlighted in the image below)?Rise 360: Choose Lesson and Block Types

I work for a major government agency in Aotearoa/New Zealand who has adopted the MS System Font Aptos as their default font. Unfortunately it will not show up in Storyline or RISE. Is anyone else having similar issues. As Aptos is Microsoft's new default font, I think this will become a big problem over time. Does anyone know how I can fix the issue or has a work a round?
