Just my two cents, AI Voices were good because we didn't need to go back to our live voice to get something redone, or if we wanted to update 1 slide or add something to a presentation. Now we are seeing voices being removed so the advantage of the AI voices is reduced. I see 2 posts this morning and it's not even lunch time from people that need to make updates to 1 or 2 slides, change a word, or add something and the voice is gone. Maybe we need to look at AI again.Solved1.7KViews9likes17CommentsOption for multiple Rise quizzes to report to the LMS
Rise does not allow this functionality - multiple quizzes within a Rise course reporting to the LMS. It only allows course tracking based on 'course completion' or based on a 'quiz result' from a single quiz only. Wouldn't it make sense to allow tracking on all quizzes (either separately or combined)? What is the point of allowing multiple quizzes, if only the results for one can be tracked? If we as developers cannot track all quizzes then we may as well just use Knowledge Checks. A KC may be nice for the learner, but doesn't provide any data to the developer. The answer data (questions and learner selection regarding answer options) from all quizzes surfaces within the LMS report, so why can't the score % data? Articulate, surely this is something to consider in 2026 for Rise 360? Thanks.137Views5likes7CommentsMajor AI Assistant Workflow Friction in Rise 360: Impact on Recent Updates
Hi E-Learning Heroes Community & Articulate Team, I am sharing feedback regarding the recent updates to the AI Assistant features in Rise 360. Even as a certified user, these recent changes to the interface and functionality have introduced major friction into my authoring workflow and are severely slowing down production: Top AI Menu Toolbar Restrictions: The main AI toolbar button at the top is now only Update text across your course or for specific lessons or blocks. Previously, this button opened a comprehensive drop-down list featuring all available AI actions in one central location. Now, that list is gone, and those options have been scattered throughout different areas of Rise. Instead of having a single, efficient menu, I now have to hunt through the entire interface just to find tools that used to be readily accessible in one place. Block Background Image Swapping Glitches: Swapping out the default mountain background visual on blocks has become frustratingly unreliable. It often takes multiple attempts, rather than a single attempt like prior, to replace the generic mountain photo with a custom image when setting up background visuals for block components. Reduction in Generated Image Variations: The AI image generation tool now yields only a single image option per attempt, down from the four distinct variations we used to receive. Storyline still provides four generated image options to choose from, but Rise 360 now yields only a single image option per attempt. This reduction requires repeatedly generating images from scratch, making the search for appropriate visuals far more time-consuming. Getting four options previously allowed us to quickly compare compositions and select the best fit. Loss of Image Prompt History: The system no longer saves, displays, or retains the AI prompt used to generate an image. Previously, we could easily open an existing generated image, view the exact prompt, and copy/paste it to adapt for subsequent images. Articulate needs to add prompt history retention to Rise and Storyline for images so we can iterate on past prompts and keep generated images aligned with the same brand/theme family across a course. These changes are directly impacting authoring speed, visual brand consistency, and daily productivity. Has anyone else encountered these friction points or found effective workarounds? I strongly urge the product team to consider restoring prompt history retention, four-option image generation, and the centralized drop-down menu for AI toolbar controls.305Views4likes4CommentsAI TTS and SSML functionality
Hello everyone, I would like to bring the attention of the community on AI TTS and the limited use of SSML with it. I know that it is not supported because you built AI voices "to understand the relationship between words and adjust delivery accordingly". However, AI voices mispronounce acronyms and other words like company names and such. By saying that I am forced to use the old TTS voices, and it is a bit upsetting because the AI voices sound indeed more natural and "human", big benefits in e-learning for ensuring a more pleasant learning experience for our users. This is a request to work on SSML for AI voices because I strongly believe it is needed. Anna1.9KViews4likes19CommentsScreen recording jumping back to start frame before moving onto next slide
Hi Is anybody having an issue with the screen recording feature? I have added a screen recording to my project using the 'try it' feature so it presents as a system simulation, however when completing the actions e.g clicking on a hotspot, the screen recording action will play, but then flash back to the start frame before moving onto the next slide. This doesn't make it flow very well... This hasn't happened in the past so I'm under the impression it's a software glitch?Solved1.3KViews4likes20CommentsContinue button is not working while in Review 360
July 29, 2026 Hello. I am working on a project and I noticed that the continue button is not working. I have 2 topics in one lesson that I needed to separate using the continue button -- locked it to make sure my learners completes the first topic. I went ahead and published for the review 360 and for some odd reason, the continue button remains blocked and I can navigate through both topics without it being unblocked. I am sharing an image for reference. Take note, this is the 10th version I have published when I got this error. All previous versions are working well. Hi! Recently, we received an email from Articulate saying: After 31st March 2026, all subscriptions will be upgraded at renewal to Articulate 360 AI, which may impact your current pricing. Does this mean the Standard Team plan (non-AI) will no longer be available for purchase after March 31, 2026? My organization currently has an Articulate 360 Standard Team subscription (expires April 2026). We buy new licenses annually through a public tender and need to plan the exact license type and pricing in advance. If anyone has official clarification from Articulate, please share. For some reason all my button stacks don't have any space between each other now. It only happened today. The issue is also there where I build a new button stack from scratch. I can manually put the space back in by adding a paragraph space in the description. Additionally I had a heading block lose it bottom padding, but I was able to just input the value manually to fix the issue. Has anyone experienced this before and if there is a fix?Solved462Views3likes6Comments
