Embed Youtube Video - Error 153
Hello, Has something changed in Storyline?! I'm trying to embed a YouTube video using "iframe". I'm copying the embed code from YouTube, but it says 'Watch video on Youtube - Erro 153...'. I used: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/dqaN76shzJE?si=F_NwSZruLu5BJAU6" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe> Any/all help would be appreciated. I thought I saw a post on this recently, but I can't find it. I have a timeline that should pause at a cue point. I need to set the cue point at least 3 seconds after the audio stops for it to work. I noticed everything on the timeline is out of sync. This is a .story file that was published over 3 years ago I'm updating with some new audio in other slides. Has anyone else having this issue or do I need to put a case in for this?Does workday LMS share question by question report
Hello, I've developed a course in Storyline 360. We want to have detailed "question-by-question" reporting(example, seeing exactly which option a user selected for a specific question within a quiz). Hi Everyone, I’m observing different behaviors when opening external files using the “Open URL/File” trigger in Storyline 360. Here’s what I’ve noticed: PDF files open in a single new tab. Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) files open in two tabs: One blank/untitled tab One tab where the file loads or downloads Initially, I tested this in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, and later confirmed the same behavior in Microsoft Edge as well. From what I understand: Microsoft Edge has specific settings for handling PDF documents. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are both Chromium-based browsers, but they may have different controls and capabilities when handling web-based interactions. Unlike Edge (for PDFs), Google Chrome does not have a built-in option to open Microsoft Office files directly in the browser. Chrome and Firefox do not natively support viewing Office documents unless a plugin or extension (like a Docs viewer extension) is installed. Therefore, it seems this behavior is browser-specific and not directly controlled by Articulate Storyline. Since Storyline cannot control how browsers handle specific file types, I assume the double-tab behavior may be related to how the browser processes unsupported file formats. Has anyone else experienced this? Is converting Office files to PDF the only reliable workaround? Appreciate your insights! And my personal opinion would be to bring some update in Storyline so that all external files can be treated as same?Will Articulate 360 Standard Team (Non-AI) Still Be Available After March 31, 2026?
Hi! Recently, we received an email from Articulate saying: After 31st March 2026, all subscriptions will be upgraded at renewal to Articulate 360 AI, which may impact your current pricing. Does this mean the Standard Team plan (non-AI) will no longer be available for purchase after March 31, 2026? My organization currently has an Articulate 360 Standard Team subscription (expires April 2026). We buy new licenses annually through a public tender and need to plan the exact license type and pricing in advance. If anyone has official clarification from Articulate, please share. Hi there. We're predominantly using the Team space for our Rise courses since we collaborate on all our material. We're a small team, so we all help with editing and implementing feedback. My issue is that when a course that exists in the Rise Team space is published to Review, it automatically publishes to a Private Review space. I've scoured permissions and default options, but I can't find a way for courses to be published directly to the Team space in Review. They have to be manually moved. Is there a way to choose where the course gets published? We work in different time zones, so if one person is not online and someone else needs to implement feedback, it can be challenging if the Review lives in a Private space. I would have thought that something that lives in the Team space in Rise would automatically go to the Team space in Review, since it was already set as a Team item? Looking forward to your suggestions on this!
