  • Yes, I also notice that the interaction with Rise is quite slow. It seems there’s an emphasis on making things appear with nice animations at the expense of speed. I prefer a fast system over a pretty one with slow animations that get in the way of using it.

      Hi caacfcmunicamp!

Glad to see Enelluar has been helping you!

In Rise 360, there isn't an option to disable animations and effects during the course authoring process. Not to worry! I see that my teammate Lejan is handling your support case. It looks like he replied to your e-mail, sharing insight and suggestions.

You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with Lejan, and we can continue the conversation through your case!

  • Hi edelgado and caacfcmunicamp,

    Good day!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing slowness while using Rise 360. I've checked on our end and haven’t detected any known issues affecting authoring or course performance at this time.

I’ve created support cases for both of you so our support engineers can take a closer look. You’re in great hands, our team will reach out to you by email shortly to assist further.

Hello could you do the same for my account? It's moving terribly slow and I have no idea what is causing it. Specifically RISE. To the point if I want to type text I have to do it in another area then copy and paste it as its lagging so badly.

I am also experiencing lag when editing my Rise360 training material. Text takes a good 10 to 15 seconds to appear after every enter after typing and adding new blocks, like dividers. It seems that since the last update on 11-04-2025, it has been getting slower and slower, aka more lag. I have tried multiple web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. I have cleared and deleted cookies in all web browsers, tried in incognito mode, and still have lots of lag.

Also having the same issue here too. Today 17th November. It is not only really slow it's also reverting back some of the changes I've made this morning. Deleted a section and 2 minutes later it just popped back. Also text I added has gone. Been like this since Friday!
