I am creating an investor personality survey. My SME has created the survey in Excel, which has 14 questions, with each question having 4 answers. The learner needs to rank each answer with a most like me, like me, somewhat like me, least like me response. Most like me gives a count of 4, like me = 3, somewhat = 2, and least = 1. At the end of the 14 questions, these responses need to total up into 4 investor personality types. I am having a challenge trying to figure out which survey question type would be best, and how to add them up if each question is on a separate slide so that it outputs at the end what their investor type would be. I have searched and searched since expecting this would be very similar to a general personality type survey, but I am having a hard time finding one that does exactly what I am looking for. I know someone out there has the answer, or possibly an example of what I am looking for. Thank you in advance for this great community and how you respond to these types of questions. My assumption is that this needs to be done in storyline, but if there is a rise solutions, I would love that too. Sincerely...stuck, but still optimistic!54Views0likes7CommentsGive triggers names to help remember what they are for
Hi, Ever wondered what a trigger was for? I have a few in a project that are JS triggers and I can never remember which is which if I want to copy and paste to another slide. We need the ability to add a name or a description to a trigger. The name can be added in the Triggers panel when creating it. Perhaps the name/description can be hidden in an icon in the triggers side panel so to not take up room, but if you roll over it the name/description appears? I created a quick example to help get my idea across. Thanks for your consideration! Russ6Views0likes1CommentREPORTS & Creating Competition with Course Completion
Everybody loves a little competition - and if I can get leadership onboard, we might get INCENTIVES! (So, I really want this to work) GOAL: I am looking for an exportable CSV report in "ANALYZE" that will give me a live report of each user, their course assignments (2026 or lifetime is fine, both options are preferred), a separate column for each "group", and the "Assigned, Completed, In Progress" tag/column for each course. INTENT: To plug info into a pivot table and chart progress by department (REF: Each department has a group in my setup) Note: (for those who want to duplicate this initiative) showcasing your findings in a vertical bar chart makes the tasks feel like a race to complete; a well-received visual for competitive teams. CURRENT OBSTICLES: Pulling "Live/Current" Course Completion Status- When exporting completion/status reports, the CSV includes all attempts a user made to complete a course. Example: John Q. was assigned "Application of the Hypocritic Oath" and failed on his first two attempts but was able to "complete" it on his third try, his report would reflect three separate courses. While this still gathers the information needed, it is unsustainable when auditing 500 learners. Filtering CSV Reports by Group - CSV reports, when exported as "All Groups" and not by a specific one, will reflect all the user's respective groups, which is fine, except all groups are landing in one column in the same text box. While this can be manually adjusted, it is not sustainable and I am looking for a cleaner, more segregated filing system. Our Learning & Development team is SO excited to hear everyone's thoughts/ comments/ and recommendations!10Views0likes0CommentsReview 360: can we transfer comments from one link to another?
Greetings, For a single Storyline project, I use Review 360 for the following groups... a link for our dev team a link for a group of clients a link for a different group of client I essentially have 3 Review links for the same SL file, all accessible with the comment pane. Can we transfer comments from the client group #2's link to our dev team's link, as they are for the same project? While I can access them with the comment pane in Storyline, our main issue is that we need to filter each comment and avoid responding to those, since the clients will be notified. Is there a way for me to "export comments from one link" and "import those comments in another link", hoping that each comment will be placed according to their respective slides? Thanks in advance :) P.S. I say Storyline, but I'm sure Rise could benefit from this.24Views0likes2CommentsGrid and Alignment?
I am not sure what I did wrong but when ever I try to align and group shapes, icons or text boxes they don't line up correctly. I want to group a Shape, Icon and Text box together, but when I do it makes the "Group Box" twice the size than the shape? I am not sure what I am doing wrong? I have gone into the "Grid and Guides" pop out and I unchecked everything and I am still having the same issue?Solved48Views0likes1CommentNext Button Disabled on Resume After Video Completion – Storyline 360
Hi Team, I have a query related to the Resume behavior in Articulate Storyline 360. In my project, a slide contains an MP4 video. The Next button is initially disabled and is enabled only after the video completes, which works correctly on the first visit. However, when the learner closes the course and relaunches it, then clicks Resume, the slide resumes correctly but the Next button appears disabled again, even though the video was already completed earlier. Requirements: Player: Default Modern Player Navigation: using default navigation, and Alternative solution using custom navigation This issue is critical, and I need a reliable solution that ensures the Next button remains enabled on resume once the video has already been completed. Please advise on the best possible approach to resolve this. Thank you.176Views0likes7CommentsAI Voices
Just my two cents, AI Voices were good because we didn't need to go back to our live voice to get something redone, or if we wanted to update 1 slide or add something to a presentation. Now we are seeing voices being removed so the advantage of the AI voices is reduced. I see 2 posts this morning and it's not even lunch time from people that need to make updates to 1 or 2 slides, change a word, or add something and the voice is gone. Maybe we need to look at AI again.Solved422Views6likes15CommentsEnhancing Review 360 Feedback Management with Categorization Tags
Currently, in Review 360, feedback and comments provided during reviews are captured in a generic format without any structured categorization. This often leads to ambiguity when interpreting feedback, as reviewers and developers must manually infer whether a comment refers to an error, an enhancement suggestion, or a query. The lack of classification makes prioritization and resolution time-consuming, especially when handling large volumes of feedback across multiple stakeholders. Post-implementation of the proposed feature—a dropdown selection allowing users to tag feedback as Error, Enhancement, Query or Not applicable—the process becomes significantly more streamlined. Categorization at the point of entry ensures clarity, enabling teams to filter and sort feedback based on type, prioritize critical issues, and allocate resources effectively. This structured approach not only improves communication between reviewers and developers but also accelerates decision-making and enhances overall productivity by reducing misinterpretation and manual effort. This categorization should also be reflected in the generated reports.40Views2likes3Comments
