Hello, Has something changed in Storyline?! I'm trying to embed a YouTube video using "iframe". I'm copying the embed code from YouTube, but it says 'Watch video on Youtube - Erro 153...'. I used: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/dqaN76shzJE?si=F_NwSZruLu5BJAU6" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe> Any/all help would be appreciated. Hello heroes, we often copy existing courses in Rise and use them as a base for building new ones, updates or different versions. Most of our courses are in German and we give them the German label in the settings. But every time we make a copy of a course with a German label, it reverts back to English. This is kind of annoying, because we tend to forget this happens, and then users complain that there is "Please answer the question to continue" instead of "Damit es weitergehen kann, müssen Sie die Frage beantworten." (Because why would a copy of a german course suddenly have an english language flag?) Only the course owner can change this setting and that is not always the one who is currently working on that course (/working at same time as the one working on the course). My question: Is there a way to fix this? Like a setting that allows copied courses to keep their original language label? Or a way to give course Managers the rights to change language labels?Solved200Views1like6CommentsArticulate presenter with AI feature 365 Plus
There many Microsoft 365 AI feature that can be utilised to enhance Articulate Presnter with animation, AI audio, video quiz, Claude content creation, and Copilot content creation integration and animation synchronisation. Hope Articulate is doing innovation in this AI era. Best, Siba Prasad PadhiMicrosoft 365 Copilot connector
I would like to request a Microsoft 365 Copilot connector for Articulate tools, starting with Review 360 and potentially extending to Rise and Storyline. The goal is to enable a single Copilot-powered “Peer Review Assistant” that can access course content and support structured, consistent review workflows aligned to defined quality standards. The connector would enable a Copilot Agent to: Review course content and provide structured feedback Access courses within Review 360 Analyse on-screen content, structure, and interactions Interpret course flow, scenarios, and learner decision points Evaluate content against: Instructional design quality Accessibility standards Storytelling and scenario-based learning principles Action-oriented and decision-based learning design Generate actionable feedback linked directly to specific on-screen content Reference examples from the course to support review comments Distinguish between confirmed issues and areas requiring human validation Integrate with style and governance sources Connect to a Style Guide hosted in Rise 360 or Sharepoint Validate tone of voice, terminology, and consistency Flag deviations from writing, accessibility, or branding standards Identify opportunities for designer development Map identified issues to underlying skills, for example accessibility, scenario design, and assessment design Explain why the issue matters from a learning design perspective Provide practical guidance on how to improve Encourage reflective improvement rather than only corrective feedback Value Reduces manual effort in peer review and QA processes Improves consistency across reviewers and courses Embeds accessibility, instructional design, and style standards into the workflow Enables scalable, repeatable review practices across teams Supports more effective learning experiences by focusing on outcomes, not just content Supports ongoing capability development for learning designers, not just course quality assurance I’m also keen to hear from anyone else in the community who would benefit from this idea. I have already opened a formal support ticket, but I wanted to see if anyone in the community has encountered this specific issue before. I am experiencing persistent errors when attempting to install Storyline 360 (with admin privileges) following a full reinstallation of the Articulate 360 suite. My initial issue was a broken shortcut error, which prompted a complete uninstall and cleanup. Despite running the official Articulate cleanup .bat file, restarting my machine, and verifying that I have the latest Visual C++ and .NET runtimes installed, I am still unable to complete the Storyline 360 installation. I have attached screenshots showing the specific error details. I am under a tight deadline for a project due next week, so any advice or troubleshooting suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Hi! Recently, we received an email from Articulate saying: After 31st March 2026, all subscriptions will be upgraded at renewal to Articulate 360 AI, which may impact your current pricing. Does this mean the Standard Team plan (non-AI) will no longer be available for purchase after March 31, 2026? My organization currently has an Articulate 360 Standard Team subscription (expires April 2026). We buy new licenses annually through a public tender and need to plan the exact license type and pricing in advance. If anyone has official clarification from Articulate, please share. I thought I saw a post on this recently, but I can't find it. I have a timeline that should pause at a cue point. I need to set the cue point at least 3 seconds after the audio stops for it to work. I noticed everything on the timeline is out of sync. This is a .story file that was published over 3 years ago I'm updating with some new audio in other slides. Has anyone else having this issue or do I need to put a case in for this?275Views0likes7CommentsCan QR Code get to Review 360 without need to Sign In?
I want our students to access Storyline videos in Review 360 via a QR code. The QR code works, but the sign-in option remains. Keep in mind, they don't have to sign in. The video will play. However, I don't want the sign-in option to be there. I just want the video within Storyline to play. Is there a way to eliminate the sign-in screen? Would Reach 360 allow me to do this? I don't have experience with Reach 360, but I'm willing to learn if it will solve the problem.Solved112Views0likes5CommentsWhat do you use for storyline file Version control tools? Git?
Hey everyone, In our organization, we often have more than one person needing to edit a storyline file. It's becoming a version control nightmare. I thought git might work as a version control system forcing user to check out/in files when they are going to work on them. My boss thinks git would not be right for this purpose. We are currently just using the honor system and trying to force everyone to append the current date in their file names (e.g. myfile_04022026.story), but not everyone does and it's a huge problem. We really need a tool for this instead. How do you all manage this? What tools have you found that work well? What tools have been a disaster for this? All advice welcome!
