Hi Team, I have a query related to the Resume behavior in Articulate Storyline 360. In my project, a slide contains an MP4 video. The Next button is initially disabled and is enabled only after the video completes, which works correctly on the first visit. However, when the learner closes the course and relaunches it, then clicks Resume, the slide resumes correctly but the Next button appears disabled again, even though the video was already completed earlier. Requirements: Player: Default Modern Player Navigation: using default navigation, and Alternative solution using custom navigation This issue is critical, and I need a reliable solution that ensures the Next button remains enabled on resume once the video has already been completed. Please advise on the best possible approach to resolve this. Thank you.119Views1like8CommentsAI Voices
Just my two cents, AI Voices were good because we didn't need to go back to our live voice to get something redone, or if we wanted to update 1 slide or add something to a presentation. Now we are seeing voices being removed so the advantage of the AI voices is reduced. I see 2 posts this morning and it's not even lunch time from people that need to make updates to 1 or 2 slides, change a word, or add something and the voice is gone. Maybe we need to look at AI again.Solved335Views6likes16CommentsConvert Rise to Storyline
Can you take an existing Rise course and convert it to Storyline? I have tried the PDF to PPT route and importing that into Storyline (too many distortions and slides are not even 20% the same) and read below on another possibility. I have tried multiple options from below and it just shows a location address. Thank you! From the web: Yes, you can embed Rise courses into Storyline. To do this, you must first export the Rise 360 course as a web package and extract the zip file on your computer. Then, add the extracted folder to your Storyline project as a web object296Views0likes3CommentsStoryline Resetting Progress During Quiz
We're currently having an issue where if a learner leaves the course during the content, they will rejoin where they left off. However, if a learner leaves during the quiz/assessment section, they are reset to the very beginning of the learning content. As it's a timed and restricted module, the learner will have to go through 30 mins of content again before being able to access the assessment. Is there anything I can do in Storyline to prevent this from happening, or is it an LMS issue?46Views0likes2CommentsArticulate 360 - Cannot Login - "No Subscription"
Hello everyone! I have a user who just upgraded to Windows 11 and now on his new machine he gets this error message No Subscription - Which he does have. Their tech support remoted in and said it's a permissions issue? The weird thing, it works on the old pc still which is great but when installed on two different Windows 11 machines we get the same message "No Subscriptions." there are no active login sessions. Any help is greatly appreciated!21Views0likes1CommentAI TTS and SSML functionality
Hello everyone, I would like to bring the attention of the community on AI TTS and the limited use of SSML with it. I know that it is not supported because you built AI voices "to understand the relationship between words and adjust delivery accordingly". However, AI voices mispronounce acronyms and other words like company names and such. By saying that I am forced to use the old TTS voices, and it is a bit upsetting because the AI voices sound indeed more natural and "human", big benefits in e-learning for ensuring a more pleasant learning experience for our users. This is a request to work on SSML for AI voices because I strongly believe it is needed. Anna194Views2likes4CommentsCollaboration with a team
Hello, The training team at my company has expanded from just me to three total members, yay!! We just finished our first large project, but not without some obvious shortcomings. The collaboration and sharing of projects is extremely limited. We're forced to use our company's shared server for storage of Storyline files and if you've ever tried using Storyline out of a shared server you know it's not a good experience. We have to download the newest versions to our desktop, then overwrite the existing file on the shared server each time we make a change. As I'm sure you can imagine this caused some issues, and a few files actually got corrupted along the way. We also can't figure out a way to allow anyone to publish an updated storyline file to our Review Team folder. The other team members are able to publish but not update existing projects, which means we lose all of the Review comments. Do you have any suggestions for a smoother collaboration experience, or does it not currently exist? Thank you, Nate181Views0likes4CommentsWhat Are the Best Practices for Designing Accessible E-Learning Courses in Articulate 360?
I’m working on creating e-learning courses in Articulate 360 and want to make sure they are fully accessible to all learners. I’m curious about: What strategies or techniques do you use to make courses accessible? Are there specific tools, templates, or workflows in Articulate 360 that make accessibility easier? How do you balance accessibility requirements with interactivity and design quality? I’d love to hear about real-world examples or lessons learned from your own projects. Thanks in advance!12Views0likes1CommentRise - Button Stack spacing between the buttons has disappeared
For some reason all my button stacks don't have any space between each other now. It only happened today. The issue is also there where I build a new button stack from scratch. I can manually put the space back in by adding a paragraph space in the description. Additionally I had a heading block lose it bottom padding, but I was able to just input the value manually to fix the issue. Has anyone experienced this before and if there is a fix?Solved128Views3likes6CommentsReach 360: Managing multiple groups with internal charge back for use
Hi everyone, we're looking at using Reach 360 for several of our organizations that have LMS needs that are outside the scope of our existing company LMS. We would then charge back these groups using some internal process for their actual use of the Reach 360 Active Learner seats. Has anyone done something like that? Another alternative would be to split our current Team subscription into multiple Team subscriptions so that each Team could manage their own Reach 360 seats. We consolidated purchase and renewal of Articulate 360 licenses for our company, but might reconsider that strategy to gain individual Team usage of Reach 360. Any advice from large companies on how they are making best use of Reach 360 for learners that fall outside the scope of the company LMS?21Views0likes0Comments
