Accessing EU and US regions
I have a question regarding the two regions that Articulate operates with. Most of my clients are under the Articulate 360 US region. However, I recently was added to a client's Team that operates under the EU region. This client is currently activated on a TRIAL basis. My question is: Once the 'EU' client purchases their Articulate 360 license, can I remain on their team, even though my primary Articulate 360 license operates under the US region, and is affiliated with a different Team? I have so many issues with your support services but let's start with the following 3: You don't update your status reports truthfully or in a timely fashion. You don't make support readily available. I have been unable to contact anyone for support despite my company having a Teams account. I could not locate the live chat function! It takes in excess of 6 years for you to date some of the most basic feature requests. I'm fuming today because your servers have been down or something like that and I have not been able to log in for hours. However, the worst thing is that I wasted hours trying to fix this and wasted the time of my IT support because your status updates said there was nothing wrong at your end. I had to find a third party status monitor to discover that you were having issues!!!! The worst thing is that all of your support is locked behind the login (or so I thought being unable to find the live chart function) so I could bnot access the support because I could not log in!!!!BuddyBar 2.0 – now with unlimited colors, drag-to-reorder, and template sharing!

Resume Prompt Missing After Quiz Completion in Storyline 360 Module
I have a module built in Storyline 360 that includes a final quiz with a results page. I'm currently testing the module in SCORM Cloud. When I close the module and reopen it, I’m prompted to either resume or restart, which is expected since I enabled that option in the Storyline player. However, after completing the final quiz and reaching the results page, I closed the module and reopened it — and this time, it started from the beginning without asking whether I wanted to resume. Why is this happening? Is there a workaround or setting that ensures the resume/restart prompt always appears, even after completing the quiz?Randomizing Question Draw Slides
Afternoon! Very new to Articulate having trouble finding an answer. I want to create a quiz that pulls a certain number of questions for each Learning Objective (LO). I’ve used question banks to create the pool of questions for each LO. Each LO has a draw slide telling to pull the # of random questions from the bank. However, the questions are always in the same order of the draw slides. Is there a way to set a quiz where I can say pull 1 of these 2 LO, pull 3 of these 6 LO, 2 of these 8 LO, etc but those pulls among question banks also be randomized? I want to truly randomized quiz but I still need to be able to tell it how many of each question set to pull from.
