Hi, Is it just me? Or have other people had serious lag time using Rise and Storyline after the latest Windows updates? Trying to get the preview to play, hitting spacebar, adjusting CC on audio and video files, and even just opening Storyline or Rise is taking really long. I'm working on a Storyline 360 project and added comments within Storyline that I want my reviewers to see when the project is published to Review 360. However, my comments do not show up in Review 360 when published. The feedback section in Review 360 reads, "No comments yet." Hello! My team spends quite a lot of time publishing our trainings to existing 360 files because there is no way to search for an existing training, and they are not in alphabetical order so each time we have to scroll through a list of hundreds of trainings. Hi everyone, Since the latest update, i've noticed that the loading/ buffering screen that shows up when you are transitioning between slides, doesnt cover the entire screen. Has anyone else encountered this, or is there a fix for it already? Subject: Issue with Video Link Broken in Review Mode Dear Articulate Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with videos in Articulate Rise 360. While videos uploaded from other platforms work fine, videos generated from Vyond are not displaying correctly when previewed in Review mode. They appear with a broken link. The videos themselves play normally when added to the course, but when I generate a Review, the link to the video breaks. I have tested other videos, and they work perfectly, so the issue seems specific to those created in Vyond. Could you please help me diagnose the cause of this problem? What steps can I take to ensure the videos from Vyond display properly in the Review mode? Any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. We are trying out the localization feature for a course. We ran the AI, published to the review 360, and went through to make changes/validate. However, instead of all the changes we made being imported back into RISE like they are supposed to, the RISE file just perpetually says Applying Updates. None of the human changes we've made are actually being incorporated into the original file, which makes the review feature not usable as it resulted in A LOT of wasted staff time. Is this just us? I have noticed that text on some of my slides will randomly reformat themselves during posting both to Review 360 and Scorm Cloud. When I go look at the text in the Storyline file it will be formatted correctly and if I repost the file without making any changes it will right itself. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and found a solution other than reposting? I originally thought it was because my computer was having issues with Storyline 360 in general but we recently removed and reinstalled all Articulate products on my device and I am still getting errors like this. This is very bizarre -- i have several projects that have triggers set up to go to the next slide when the timeline ends. But for some reason, this new issue has emerged where this one specific slide with an .mp4 video and .m4a audio will not automatically play after published to Review 360 or published to SCORM. It functions as designed in "Preview" mode but not currently in Review 360. Q: Why is slide 2 not playing automatically?? I've been trying everything to resolve -- added a trigger "Play media 'screencast" when timeline starts" and "Play media 'Audio 1' when timeline starts." This seemed to work at first and then eventually caused other issues in the slide - no audio and when pressing replay, audio and video do not sync. Hi All, This is driving me crazy and it's absolutely hindering my ability to publish eLearning content for my organization. I never had a problem with this until the past two months, and all other online training we receive from a vendor (including ones built in Storyline) work just fine. I am publishing a course, as I have always done and adding voiceover tracks to narrate the material, but they aren't all consistently playing. Some slides will play, then some slides will be silent, and then it'll start back up again. When clicking "Previous" or going back a slide, the audio will decide to play. I can't figure out why this is happening and it's severely impacting my productivity. Any ideas? I see the one similar comment from a year ago about adding a play button, but this issue just started and I am wondering if some setting might be causing it. Thanks!
