Rise 360 Video Upload Processing Error
We have a deadline to launch a course today and when trying to upload a video to our course in Rise 360, we are receiving the 'Processing Failed. Please check the file and try again. message.' We have tried multiple videos and multiple different courses and get the same error. HELP!Rise/Articulate site down
I am not able to get the Rise 360 homepage to load, and my team mate is unable to use any AI features. I just got logged out of my account and now I am unable to sign in becuase of an error message. Is anyone else having trouble today? I am supposed to be showing off the new AI features to try to convice upper management to upgrade us today. 😐Mighty Extension
Has anyone used the new Mighty Rise chrome extension made by Maestro? https://maestrolearning.com/mighty/ I understand it is not affiliated with Articulate. We are looking into to testing it as some of the features (font control, custom transitions, reflection questions) would be major enhancements. We are looking for feedback on using the tool and how it publishes out into LMS files.Can a logo be added to a Microlearning in Rise?
Hello, I just couldn't find the answer here. I tried to use a neat Microlearning template in Rise. Under "Theme", I cannot find the tab "Logo". What if I want to add a corporate logo to the Microlearning template in Rise? The regular Rise can be added a logo under the cover page though. Thank you! Phoebe
