QuizMaker Not Marking Complete in our LMS after Flash Re-direction

This may be a bit technical, but just thought I might give a try with any suggestion or advice on the issues we are facing with Ariticulate Modules.

We recently virtualised our network and since we moved to VDI environment all our Quizmaker / Presenter Modules aren't marking complete after the final screen. These were working fine for almost a year now.

We narrowed down to Flash Re-direction software that was installed on our thin clients. Once we blacklisted our LMS site the modules work fine, but when 'flash re-direction' is installed again the same issue arises again.

The Storyline modules are fine. Quizzes created using Storyline are working fine even with the Flash Re-direction software installed.

Any thoughts, advice please ?
