I have a problem when importing a pre-recorded video. We are making a movie and I am trying to import a .mov file using Replay 360 and it only imports audio. What am I doing wrong ? Is Replay only for screen recording ?
I'm happy to help! I've just tested this on my end, importing a .mov file into Replay 360. I see both the audio and video appear. Where did you record the .mov? Does the .mov file work as expected when it's outside of Replay 360?
If you're comfortable sharing your project, I'm happy to take a look. You can upload it privately in a support case.
I just submitted a support case with my project and video. My video works just fine outside of Replay. Maybe it is because of a video from an iPhone and I am working with PC. I don't know.

Hi Lauren,

Thanks for the help !
I am having the same problem. Multiple .mov files that only upload onto replay as audio files. Was a solution discovered?
