I'm experiencing two problems with my second project in Storyline.
First is that I have a ghost needle on the dial. I did try changing the initial starting point to north (6 when I had 12 stops) and the ghost remains. See screenshot.
Second, is that I have a hotspot slide with layers. Each layer has textboxes, and they flash like a strobe light when the mouse hovers over the hotspot. Is there a way to have the text not flash?
It looks like the dial is duplicated, but it's hard to say without seeing the file. Any chance you could share the .story file so we can investigate and make suggestions? You can share it publicly in this discussion or privately here.
For the flashing when hovering issue, we released a fix for a similar issue in Storyline 360Update 58. What version are you running? You can find that in any project from the Help tab, then click About Storyline. If you're not on the latest, follow these steps, and let me know if that takes care of the flickering.

Right on, Becca! The updates took care of the pesky flashing text, and I hid the dial in my layers to only reveal the dial from the base layer and the dial is perfect now. Thank you so much!
