3 Quizzes, need to track them all

Hello folks. I have a course with 3 quizzes. Quiz #1 is a Test Out, and I need to send the score, whether they pass or fail, to the LMS. #1 doesn't have any corrective feedback on the failure/success layers, just Right or Wrong. If leaner fails #1, they take the course then have Quiz #2, which does have feedback on failure/success layers, and should send the score to LMS. If they fail #2, they can take Quiz #3 (exact duplicate) and score should go to LMS. Testing is showing that if they fail #2, and pass #3, only the score for #2 is showing in LMS - #3 doesn't push to LMS. I know latest update allows to send only 1st set of criteria that's met. I need a work-around...How do I get LMS to show Complete and true score no matter which quiz they take?
