Dear Guys,

I am unable to publish a Storyline project Source. Source file attachment. Could anyone help me to solve this issue, please? And also, please explain this issue/mistake. It helps me to avoid this in the future.

I'm unable to preview my work.  Each time I try to this Error Report pops up: "We are sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and  it might close." How best can I solve this?

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

• If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise that you import the file into a new one and see if this corrects the issue.
• If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
