I am unable to publish a Storyline project Source. Source file attachment. Could anyone help me to solve this issue, please? And also, please explain this issue/mistake. It helps me to avoid this in the future.

I encountered an error when publishing your entire project as well, so I took a moment to dig into the project to see where the issue was coming from. Here are the steps that I took:
Can you preview the entire project? No.
Can you preview each scene? No. There is only one scene in this project.
Can you preview each slide? Unfortunately, slide 31 is not previewing.
On any specific slides that will not publish, hide objects until you can locate the culprit. Scrolling panel on Slide 31:
I'd recommend removing and recreating this item on Slide 31, and you should not run into a publishing error.
