Bookmarking and Menu Restriction

Hello all, 

I have a quick question about the player menu and bookmarking.

I currently have a Restricted menu in my modules. I also have bookmarking turned on. The bookmarking ignores Flash Cookies and shows a prompt if the learner is re-visiting the module.

My customer's question is this: If the student is partway through (or has completed) the module, and the menu has been unlocked, is there a way for the menu to remain unlocked even if the student clicks "No" (does not return to the place they left) in the Bookmark Prompt? 

My current idea is to keep Bookmarking enabled, but remove the prompt. Any other thoughts?

These modules are being published for SCORM 1.2 and are run in a custom LMS.
