Cannot Upload MP4

Prior to updating to the newest version of Storyline 360, I was able to upload an MP4 recorded in Snagit. Now when I try, I receive a message saying I need to date Windows Media Player, Apple Quicktime Player and "any required codecs".  I am using a PC (not MAC) and am confused. What does this mean?

I recorded multiple MP4 videos in SnagIt and didn't hit any errors when inserting them into the latest version of Storyline 360.

Is this happening with all MP4 files or a specific one? I've attached one of the test MP4 videos I created in SnagIt below. Could you let me know what happens when you try to insert it on your end?

I appreciate you testing the sample file.

It sounds like the issue is isolated to that edited MP4. Are you comfortable sharing it with our Support Engineers for troubleshooting? Simply use this private upload link. After sharing their findings with you, they'll delete the video from their computers.
