Anyone else have trouble changing their Articulate ID email? I've tried five times now, going through the Articulate ID dropdown under my profile and it won't update to the email I want to use. I couldn't find a Tech Support ticket area. Who do I need to contact to get my email updated?
Thank you for asking about Articulate ID. For security purposes, we can't change the email address associated with your Articulate ID on your behalf, but here's how you can change it:
1) Go here and login with your current email address and password.
2) Click "Change Articulate ID."
3) Enter your current password again as well as your new email address, then click "Send Verification Email."
4) Click the link in the verification email to confirm your new information.

I recently changed jobs, but forgot to change my account email from my old job to my new job. Now my old email won't allow me to access my previous postings. Also, the password I know for the account may not be correct now - I have no idea if it works. I can search for my name and my postings come up, but would like to consolidate & have just one account so that I can share my postings with my new working group in a consistent manner.
How should I go about fixing this? Thanks for your help!
All great questions! We can't merge Articulate ID or E-Learning Heroes Profiles, so if you need access to the older content you'd need to log in with that account. You're welcome to give the email and password a try by visiting: https://id.articulate.com/ I'd use a private/incognito window so that it doesn't interfere with your current login.
Once you have access to the account, we can delete the newer account and you can update your old accounts email address. If you have any other questions on this, feel free to message our Support Team and they'll be happy to help!

Changing the email address on your Articulate account won't change anything created under the old email address.
