Corrupt File
Hi all - we have a file on articulate 360 that won't open and the error message is 'invalid or corrupt and cannot be opened'. I habe attached an image of this but want to know if there is anyway of rectifying this so we can open and access this file. Thanks!
you can check if the archiv (.story = .zip) is corrupt with 7z (https://www.7-zip.org)
if you get such an error message, you have problems
if you get with 7z "no errors" it's a job for articulate support

are there backups of slightly older versions?
